Intussusception associated with Yersinia pseudotuberculosis infection was developed in three boys; two of them had a history of drinking untreated water. All intussusceptions were localized at the ileocolic region, and all patients completely recovered with Gastrografin R enema and supportive treatment without complication and operation.
