. Two 5 year‐old children developed severe oesophageal ulcerations after a short course of emepronium bromide (Cetiprin®) tablets, prescribed for nocturnal enuresis. They recovered rapidly after stopping the drug. It is suggested that emepronium bromide tablets should not be prescribed for children.
