Summary The authors report hepatosplenomegaly in 5‐year‐old girl together with pluriglandularlymphadenopathy, hepatic involvement and eosinophilia. Antibody tests for toxoplasmosis revealed high titres. The condition improved after treatment with toxoplasmacidal drugs.
