SUMMARY The present report is the third recorded case, to our knowledge, of a child with multiple skeletal metastases and bone marrow infiltration secondary to disseminated neuroblastoma who has survived 7 years and 6 months after the diagnosis without clinical, chemical or radiographic evidence of disease.
