Summary A case of idiopathic hypercalcemia of infancy with multiple anomalies of the arteries is described. This patient demonstrated a combination of supravalvular pulmonary artery stenosis, supravalvular aortic stenosis, hypoplasia of the aortic arch, coarctation of the aorta and multiple stenoses of the branches of the abdominal aorta. The pathogenesis of arterial hypertension in this syndrome is discussed.
