Summary A 17‐year‐old girl with several stigmata of gonadal dysgenesis and a 45, X/46, XXq˜ mosaicism is presented. She had small hypoplastic ovaries and regular menstruations, and a lymphocytic thyroiditis. The relationship between gonadal dysgenesis and lymphocytic thyroiditis is discussed.
