Summary 60 cases of cryptorchidism and 5 intersexes were examined with andrography (pneumo‐pelvigraphy). Of these, 36 were operated upon. The roentgen findings are compared with the palpatory and surgical findings. The value of the method is discussed and the indications for it are given.
