Summary A case is described of fatal, disseminated BCG infection in an infant with lymphocytopenic agammaglobulinemia. The report includes clinical, pathologico‐anatomic and bacteriologic findings. A short review of the cases reported in the literature is given. The relation of the BCG infection to the immunologic defect is discussed as well as possible prophylaxis and therapy.
