Summary Infections of prematures are chiefly nosocomial infections. The causative agents of infection are often resistant to G‐penicillin, streptomycin and tetracycline. It appears from these premiminary studies that it might be possible to achieve better results with combined meticillin‐colimycin therapy than with the traditional antibiotics.
