Summary Eight children from four months to twelve years of age with various symptoms from skin, nose, ears, blood and the gastrointestinal tract are described. The symptoms seem to have been provoked by an allergy to milk and milk products and were demonstrated by elimination diet and provocation tests. It is pointed out that these tests must be repeated if necessary, to ensure their reliability. These patients may or may not have an allergic history, eosi‐nophilia and positive cutaneous reactions.
