Summary Description of a case of psychic complaints in an 11‐year‐old schoolgirl, where the anamnesis and clinical picture, spinal fluid changes, EEG, and nystagmographic changes, and toxoplasmic titers strongly suggest a diagnosis of acquired toxoplasmic encephalitis.
