SUMMARY Reticulosarcomatosis occurred in a set of twins who are assumed to have been monozygotic. From the age of 10 months the patients showed lack of thriving and infections–especially moniliasis. They gradually developed signs of cerebral affection, and died at the age of approximately 13 months at an interval of 3 weeks.
