Summary A case of Leydig cell tumour in a 61/2‐year‐old boy is presented. The need for more elaborate methods for the biochemi‐cal separation of Leydig cell tumour from aberrant adreno‐cortical tissue is stressed. Normal urinary output of Pregnanetriol and a lack of increase of the 17‐beta‐ketosteroids in the urine in a patient with a tumour in one of the testes serve to exclude the possibility of an adreno‐cortical disorder.
