Pigmented Villonodular Synovitis (SVNP) or Tenosynovial giant cell of diffuse type is a rare locally aggressive neoplasm characterized by villous or nodular hyperplasia of the synovium. It can affect all the joints. Shoulder localization and multifocal forms are unusual, only a few cases have been reported in the literature. Its clinical and radiological signs are nonspecific, which makes its diagnosis difficult especially in its pseudo-tumoral form. We report in this article a case of pseudotumoral SVNP of unusual localization at both shoulders. Key -Words : Pigmented villonodular synovitis ; Tenosynovial giant cell tumour ; Shoulder
