Summary A case of lymphosarcoma showing extensive cutaneous involvement in a nine month old female is described. The ephemeral character of the skin tumors in this case was notable. Description d'un cas de lymphosarcome, chez un enfant de sexe féminin, agé de neuf mois, avec développement cutané important. Dans ce cas, le fait remarquable est que les tumeurs cutanées n'ont eu qu'un caractère éphémère.
