Summary 1. Twohundred and fortyeight healthy school‐children, who had been BCG‐vaccinated 3 months to 5 years previously were tuberculin‐tested and blood‐samples were drawn for hemagglutination‐tests. (MIDDLEBROOK‐DUBOS.) 2. All except 6.1 % were tuberculin‐positive and there was only an insignificant fall of tuberculin‐sensitivity in the groups vaccinated 3–5 years earlier. 3. Sixtyfive % of the children had a hemagglutination‐titer of at least 1/8. The titers of the children vaccinated 3 months previously were significantly higher than the titers of the children, who had been vaccinated earlier. 4. There was no correlation between high tuberculin‐sensitivity and an elevated titer, nor between a newly increased sensitivity and a higher titer.
