Summary A report is given of two cases mdash; two children of a healthy mother mdash; who acquired myasthenia. The disease appeared in both cases, in the third month of their life. At the age of five and seven years respectively, typical symptoms were present, affecting the eyelid, face and chewing muscles. Prostigmin improved the symptoms.
