Summary A study of the electrocardiographic changes presented by a 3 year old boy after having taken at least 1.6 gram of quinidine sulfate. Characteristic increase of P and QRS time and impairment of AV conduction and intraventricular conduction. Control after 18 hours demonstrated a normal ecg.
