Summary After a short account of the most common congenital malformations in the hands, a case is described of congenital club fingers and club toes, without overcurved nails or cyan‐ otic discoloration, in a 10‐year‐old girl, who also has a number of other malformations in the skeleton and joints. This type of anomaly does not conform to cases of club‐shaped thicken‐ings of the terminal phalanges described previously. Nor does the somatic examination afford any definite evidence of disturbances in the interim1 secretions or any other coneicvable etiology.
