Summary Multiple clustered dermatofibroma is a very rare clinical variant of the dermatofibroma, and sebaceous differentiation overlying dermatofibromas is also unusual. We report the first case of a multiple clustered dermatofibroma with overlying sebaceous hyperplasia.
