Summary An 81‐year‐old women presented with monstrous subcutaneous mobile masses on the ventral and ventrolateral surfaces of her thighs. Radiography as well as computer tomography showed extensive soft tissue calcifications. We interpreted these alterations as dystrophic calcinosis cutis, most likely resulting from repeated subcutaneous PAS infusions for the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.
