The inheritance of a neuromuscular disease resembling myasthenia gravis and the myasthenic syndrome (Eaton‐Lambert) in man has been studied in the dog breed “Gammel Dansk Honsehund”. Based on genealogical methods and test matings, an autosomal recessive inheritance was demonstrated.
