A case with oral tuberculosis and unaware of systemic tuberculosis is reported. The oral lesions clinically manifested as two painless ulcerations in the hard palate. Pulmonary tuberculosis was diagnosed following the histopa‐thologic and bacteriologic examination of the oral lesions.
