Reported are two cases of dental trauma with lip lesions and a deep wound through the muscular structures. The aim of this paper was to show that using an easy method with isobutyl cyanoacrylate that suturing small to deep lip wounds can be achieved without conventional sutures that require more time, and possibly may cause cheloid healing.
