Orthodontic space closure together with crowning to regain dental arch symmetry is a preferred therapy for unilateral anterior tooth loss. A case is reported in which a diminutive upper lateral incisor was moved laterally, stabilized and crowned to resemble an upper central incisor in circumstances where most authors would recommend the provision of a removable prosthesis.
