Orofacial manifestations in primary immunodeficiencies involving IgA deficiency

The orofaciul manifestations of 39 patients with primary IgA deficiency arc reported. Aphthous‐like oral ulceration was observed in 61% while candidosis and recurrent herpes labialis were each present in 25%. Only 4 (9%) patients had no orofacial lesions.
