Ifosfamide, in combination with other cytostatics, was given to 15 patients with advanced neoplasia derived from bone marrow cells. A response to therapy was obtained in 8 patients. It is suggested that ifosfamide, in combination with other drugs, deserves larger trials in the treatment of advanced bone marrow neoplasia.
