Three patients of myelomatosis with unusual features are presented. Extraosseous lesions were responsible for the initial and dominant clinical manifestations in these cases which included massive haemorrhagic pleural effusion, pulmonary lesions, intra‐cavitary cardiac, renal and skin plasmacytomas and a nasal polyp with epistaxis. One patient has been affected by combined myelomatosis and chronic lymphatic leukaemia and the significance of simultaneous occurrence of myeloma and leukaemia in the same patient has been discussed.
