Lymphocyte cultures were made from rabbits previously immunized with sheep red cells. In antigen stimulated cultures many blastoid cells appeared. The cultured cells were studied in incubation chambers in a monolayer of sheep red cells in the presence of complement. Lytic zones were found around blastoid cells from antigen stimulated cultures, while no lytic reaction was found around blastoid cells from Phytohaemagglutinin stimulated cultures.
