Epidermal hyperplasia, sometimes with primitive hair folliclelike differentiation, is a characteristic finding overlying dermatofibroma. We here report plate‐like sebaceous hyperplasia overlying a dermatofibroma. Such changes are interpreted as a result of inductive epithelial died by the dermatofibroma on the overlying epidermis.
