Composite and intranuclear keratohyalin granules were observed in an electron‐microscopic study of geographic tongue of psoriasis. The significance of intranuclear keratohyalin is not known, but it seems to he related to the disturbed proliferation and differentiation of keratinocytes in psoriasis.
