The following findings were striking in two young patients, suffering from mycosis fungoides: 1) paracrystalline bodies, probably of a proteic nature, both in the cytoplasm of well‐preserved mycosis fungoides cells and in cells undergoing degeneration; 2) a remarkable number of mast cells mixed with mycosis fungoides cells and mast cell granules in the intercellular spaces of the epidermis, close to Pautrier's abscesses.
