Methodic The original material of the enlistment procedure gives the independent variables. Contrary to this the dependent variables-have been studied during the basic training. That was done by means of a statistic analysis of plain connections (Cram& ‘s coefficient = C.C. ), by discriminant analysis, multiple-regressions analysis, and finally by comparing the average of sick-visits and nursing-days respectively in relation to the different variables of the enlistment procedure. The following criteria of the results of fulfilled basic training have been used: Reference Knowledge and abilities Suitability Utility Sick relations Number of sick-days per month of training Number of sick-visits per month of training Remaining factors Accident marking Punishment marking
