Allergic reactions to steroids presenting with neurological symptoms

Three patients with different neurological disorders occurring as complications of steroid therapy are described. Immunological studies revealed positive responses to the steroids in two cases. This report confirms previous evidence of steroid hypersensitivity and shows that the nervous system may be involved in the allergic reaction.
