A technique is described which employs a scintillation camera and a construction for on‐line computer processing in cerebral isotope studies. After intravenous injection, sequential pictures, optimal timing of short exposures, and selection of appropriate fields allowed assessment of tracer flow through precerebral and cerebral areas. The same construction could conveniently be used for contrast enhancement and quantitative studies of local uptake of radioisotopes.
