Hollow Ni 3 Si 2 O 5 (OH) 4 nanospheres were synthesized via a facile deposition process at room temperature. The diameters of the products are in the range of 300–320 nm, and the average wall thickness is about 10 nm. Furthermore, the synthesis process of Ni 3 Si 2 O 5 (OH) 4 hollow spheres was briefly described and this solution‐based approach could be extendable to the preparation of other spherical materials with hollow interiors.
