SYNOPSIS. A pure strain of Eimeria debliecki isolated from a single oocyst in parasite free pigs was used thruout the study. Oocysts were allowed to sporulate at 3 constant temperatures, 20, 25, and 30 C, and the sporulation process was examined at 12‐hour intervals. A detailed description of the anatomic sequence of sporulation at 20 C is given and illustrated with photomicrographs and line drawings. The sporocysts and sporozoites are also described.
