Interview of Visiting Health Administrators from the Ministry of Health, Beijing, China

In April 1998, four health care administrators from Beijing, China visited the United States. During their visit, they were interviewed by Wen‐Yin Chang, a doctoral student in nursing administration, at the University of Illinois at Chicago. The four administrators were: Dr. Aiming Sun, Deputy Director‐ General, Department of Medical Administration, Ministry of Health; Dr. Yuxiu Gong, Chief Nursing Division, Department of Medical Administration, Ministry of Health; Ms. Hanjun Men, Nursing Division, Ministry of Health, and Ms. Jing Yang, Vice‐director, Nursing Management, Ministry of Health. Interview comments were translated to English by Ms. Chang.
