Purpose: To describe the translation and validation of the Nursing Interventions Classification (NIC) Use Questionnaire. Methods: The NIC Use Questionnaire was translatpd to Kurmri using back‐translation and three criteria to test the semantic, content, and technical equivalence of the original and translated versions. Findings: Three factors made translation difficult including structural differences in the two languages, long modifier phrases in English, and nonequivalent words in Korean. Conclusions: This translation facilitates communication among nurses. The findings suggest a method for similar validation in other languages.
