The following address was delivered February 28, 1976, to the Association of College Honor Societies at its annual meeting in Indianapolis, Indiana. The presenter was Dr. George P. Rice, Jr., General Counsel to the Speech Communication Association of America and Professor of Speech in Butler University, Indianapolis, Indiana. It is included in response to many questions raised by chapters regarding access to records for determination of eligibility.
