A bstract  A 10‐year‐old male was admitted to our institution with complaints of mild cyanosis and dyspnea. Transthoracic echocardiography and angiography revealed a right superior vena cava (SVC) draining into the left atrium. At the time of surgery, the right SVC was connected to the right atrium.
