A 42‐year‐old male was admitted with persistent atypical chest pain following a motorcycle accident six months previously. A pseudoaneurysm, diagnosed by transthoracic echocardiography and computed tomography, was excised and the right coronary artery underwent bypass grafting. (J Card Surg 2012;27:563‐565)
