Nonmyxomatous tumors of the heart are exceedingly rare in adults. We report a case of symptomatic, massive, right ventricular cardiac fibroma found in an adult. Despite multiple (preoperative) biopsies, diagnosis was made only after surgical excision . (J Card Surg 2011;26:159‐161)
