Echocardiography detected a giant mass on the lateral wall of the right ventricle in a 13‐year‐old boy. The mass extended into the cavity of right ventricle without attachment to adjacent structures. We resected the mass under cardiopulmonary bypass. Histology showed it to be a primary leiomyoma of the right ventricle. (J Card Surg 2010;25:169‐171)
