A 69‐year‐old asymptomatic man was found to have an unruptured aneurysm of the right coronary sinus of Valsalva with the presence of an intraluminal thrombus. The diagnosis was made by computed tomography and by transthoracic echocardiography. Through an aortic and right ventricular approach, we successfully removed the thrombus and repaired the aneurysm of the sinus of Valsalva.
