A bstract An 8‐year‐old girl with tetralogy of Fallot (TF) and double ventricular septal defects (VSDs) was reported. The additional VSD was a muscular inlet type. A split patch technique was used to cover both VSDs during the total correction. Follow‐up echocardiogram demonstrated no residual shunt nor significant tricuspid valve regurgitation. The patient is doing well 2 years after operation.
