A bstract Presented is the technique of closure through the pulmonary artery of the perimembranous ventricular septal defects and defects with malaligned septum as an alternative method to the transatrial or transventricular approach. The technique of infundibular resection without opening the right ventricle in cases of tetralogy of Fallot is also described.
