Mini‐Abstract A 72‐year‐old woman with a history of radiation therapy on the right neck and thorax developed multiple brain embolism. Transthoracic ultrasonography demonstrated a mobile plaque attached to the beginning of the brachiocephalic artery. Over a week, we detected the plaque that had migrated to the beginning of the left external carotid artery without any neurological symptoms. Ultrasonography was very useful to observe the course of the mobile plaque.
