We present the case of a 47‐year‐old patient presented with a 2‐month history of progressive dyspnea after an annuloplasty ring implantation for severe ischemic mitral regurgitation. The value and practical application of threedimensional transesophageal echocardiography in visualization of the severe mitral annuloplasty ring dehiscence is discussed.
