Right atrial aneurysm (RAA) is a very rare anomaly. Rarer still is its association with atrial septal defect (ASD). We reported a case of a 42‐year‐old woman with giant RRA and secundum type ASD detected by means of transthoracic echocardiography. (ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY, Volume 23, February 2006)
